Day 31/365 January 31st

A great way to end January. My Project Life supplies came! I couldn't wait to put the kids to bed, shower, put on my pajamas, and get out all the fun!

Day 30/365 January 30th

Today we celebrated Cutie's 5th Birthday {it was actually the 29th}. She loved her Tinkerbell party!

Day 29/365 January 29th

I love going to a chinese buffet. It is my favorite dinner out. Today Manga Dork and I went for chinese, had her acrylic nails filled in, and grocery shopped. It was nice to spend time one on one with her.

Day 28/365 January 28th

To celebrate Manga Dork's great report card and UNgrounding I took her and 4 of her friends {along with MIL} out on the town. We ate mexican, played in the Dollar Tree, and saw the movie The Dilemma.

Day 27/365 January 27th

This is what happens in the littles' room on a snow day! Alot of fun was had in this room today!

Day 26/365 January 26th

Wild Child has this calendar taped inside her take home folder. It is for behavior. Each square is colored green, yellow, or red depending upon where there name was on the behavior chart at the end of the day. Wild Child is very optimistic. She had colored ahead {green} several days.

Day 25/365 January 25th

The tooth fairy left Wild Child a $5 bill, $1 bill, and 4 quarters. She had left the pulled tooth plus 2 others we had forgotten to put under her pillow. Her cheek is not swollen in this picture...she was sucking on candy to help with her morning breath.

Day 24/365 January 24th

Today I took Wild Child to see the Dr. Lin in Columbus, OH. My MIL and Cutie went with us. Wild Child had a very "sick" tooth that had to be extracted. We ended the trip by taking home yummies from PFChangs and Cheesecake Factory.

Day 23/365 January 23rd

This is a daily sight in our home. The 2 little ones love lining up their stuffed animals and playing. Today was the dogs turn.

Day 22/365 January 22nd

We met Dr. Hubby's friend, Ryan, and his wife and daughter for dinner at Outback. It was SO crowded and it took 3 hours for us to get out of there. We laughed alot. It is so nice to go out with friends.

Day 21/365 January 21st

My Escalade came home this evening! It was gone for 2 months and 1 day after I hit a 6 point buck at 55mph. Oops!

Day 20/365 January 20th

After several weeks of being grounded Manga Dork got her cell phone back! Getting good grades pays off!

Day 19/365 January 19th

Wild Child has a "word ring" that she brings home from kindergarten each day. She has to return it every morning. This stresses her out. She forgot it one day and had a mega melt down. She knows all the words though.

Day 18/365 January 18th

Wild Child and Cutie played so well together this evening. They were cowgirls. The road stick horses, hunted with their dogs, and played their guitars. Wild Child cracked me up when she stood over Cutie and her dogs and said in a husky voice, "I'm here to get all your hunting dogs."

Day 17/365 January 17th

I surprised my 3 girlies by meeting Aunt Misty and her kiddos to see Yogi Bear. They were out of school for MLK Day.

Day 16/365 January 16th

When will I learn not to forget the can of Diet Coke I put in the freezer to get "really good and cold?" I think this is explosion #10.

Day 15/365 January 15th

One of my favorite dinners right now is so quick and easy. PF Changs Home Menu Sweet and Sour Chicken {frozen section} only takes 12 minutes in a skillet on the stove. Add Lipton Asian Sides Teriyaki noodles and it is yum...yum...yummy!

Day 14/365 January 14th

Out of all the things we changed in our home during our Fall 2010 makeover I love the big rug we put in the family room. So soft to walk and lay on...and pretty too!

Day 13/365 January 13th

Everytime it snows the wind makes this drift all around our house. It reminds me of sand in the dessert.

Day 12/365 January 12th

Ok this photo is so cute I could just throw up. Toby always looks like he has been pelted in the face with a snowball when he comes back in from going pee-pee on a snow day.

Day 11/365 January 11th

My 3 best friends today were my heating pad, remote, and massaging recliner. I had muscle spasms in my lower back.

Day 9/365 January 9th

Even though the Saints are out after losing to the Seahawks yesterday I still showed my team pride when going out to shop. Geaux Saints!

Day 8/365 January 8th

What a mess! The girls were stacking their pillows and blankets to see if they could reach the ceiling.

Day 7/365 January 7th

Since starting Kindergarten Wild Child LOVES to write. Pens, papers, pencils, crayons, markers, coloring books...she is always surrounded by them in the kitchen floor.

Day 6/365 January 6th

My fave designer is Betsey Johnson. I love her fun flirty sense of colors and patterns. This is the box that contains my bracelet my Lil Sis surprised me with on Christmas.

Day 5/365 January 5th

My word for 2011 is "housewife." I am embracing my role and all the things that come with it. Ironing is my most dreaded chore so I am starting with it. I am planning how to make it more fun and less stressful. This is my iron.

Day 4/365 January 4th

We took Toby, our Shih Tzu, to get groomed for the first time. When we picked him up we were so happy to be able to see his big eyes. The little blue bow made him look adorable.

Day 3/365 January 3rd

Shopping with the 3 girls is a real challenge. The two littles turn into little monsters in Walmart. I picked them up from the school bus and we headed to the store. They were already argueing inside the car. I think I will stick with going on the weekend.

Day 2/365 January 2nd

The Christmas tree and all the trimmings came down today. All the holly jolly has been removed from our home and it is time to embrace January. yuck.

Day 1/365 January 1st

Happy 2011 from our little family! We rang in the new year with a party at our home. It was a celebration filled with family, friends, food, fun, and LOTS OF NOISE! Here's to making 2011 a great one!

I look forward to completing my first full year of Project Life 365. I only made it to the end of February last year. My teen daughter is also participating and doing an album of her own.
